Leadership is a privilege…and the privilege has been mine since January 2016. In June 2024, I will retire as Superintendent of Schools from the East Hampton Public Schools ending a career of 40 years in teaching – 15 years as a teacher, 10 years as an Assistant High School Principal and Principal, and 15 years as a Superintendent. I am very grateful that my career brought me to East Hampton and I appreciate all of the support from teachers, staff, and parents over the years. With all of the exemplary people who make up our school community, I know the district will be in good hands in the future. I look forward to a smooth transition in leadership and assisting in any way that I can. In the meantime, we have much work to do together for the good of East Hampton children!
