Administration Contact: Can I contact school and district administration?

  • Yes, school and district administration will be available by email.

Closure Updates: How will I receive updates regarding school closures and other important updates?

  • Superintendent Paul K. Smith will continue to provide regular updates via ParentSquare and Facebook.

  • Building administrators will provide school-specific updates via ParentSquare on a regular basis.

  • Classroom teachers will provide classroom-specific updates via Google Classroom and ParentSquare.

Chromebooks: What should I do if my Chromebook stops working?

  • Elementary and Middle School students : call 860-365-4013 or email helpdesk@easthamptonct.org. to make an appointment for a replacement/loaner device. IT Staff is on standby to handle technology issues on a case by case basis.

  • For any other Chromebook/Technology issues we ask that you email the IT department at helpdesk@easthamptonct.org

  • High School students: email ikuck@easthamptonct.org to make arrangements for a long term loaner exchange.

Distance Learning: How will I access my child’s Distance Learning materials?  East Hampton Public Schools will utilize Google Classroom to provide distance learning materials. At the elementary level, teachers also created initial hard copy materials to support student learning at home.

Google Chrome: How do we add a new profile to Google Chrome and keep several accounts logged in on the same device?  Steps to create a new, additional google profile so you don't merge it with your existing account.

Google Classroom: How can I see when my child’s assignments are due?
Please have your student log into their Google classrooms and go over this information with you.

PowerSchool Log-in: How can I get my Powerschool login and password?
Please email Irene Kuck at ikuck@easthamptonct.org, to receive your username and a temporary new password.

If it prompts you for a school code, our school code is K G L K

How can I see my child's grades?
Log into PowerSchool for a complete list of classes and assignments. This will show you any graded assignments, but also any that are missing or incomplete.

Technology Access: Who should I contact with concerns regarding technology access?  Contact your school principal and they will assist in providing troubleshooting through our Technology Department.
