Every year the Connecticut Association of Schools, honors two outstanding students of each of our elementary schools, who have excelled in the areas of visual or performing arts and who are also good citizens and collaborators within their school communities. This year Memorial School chose visual artist Ella Ploszay, and musician Alessia Vargas Mendez. Center School chose Kayleigh Philbrick for Visual Arts and Brayden Flynn for Music. The students were recognized at the April 11th BOE meeting.
