Recently the 16th Annual Turkey Plunge raised an amazing $48,000, including Liberty Bank’s 25% matching contribution, all going to the EH Food and Fuel Bank to help local families in need. Over 100 brave community members jumped in, including more than 45 high school students and staff. Teams from the Interact Club, DECA, Art Club, UConn Human Rights, and World Language Department made a big splash. Special shout-outs to Brooke Bellemere, winner of Most Spirited U18, and Juliana Ware, winner of Most Fundraised U18. Thank you to everyone who dared the chill. Your generosity keeps our community warm at heart!
