East Hampton Public Schools

The East Hampton Board of Education had many student recognitions to celebrate at its most recent meeting:

The Girls Basketball Team became Class M State Champions for the first time since 1980.

\r\n

Pranud Anthony is  a fifth grader at Center School and the school's Spelling Bee Champion.  He won  3rd place at the Connecticut Spelling Bee Competition.

The following students were  DECA State Conference Competition Honorees
Honorable Mention in Entrepreneurship: Brian Collisson and Noah Leon
Honorable Mention in Personal Financial Literacy: Aidan Maiorino
Honorable Mention in Sports and Entertainment Marketing: Delaney Russell and Brennan Johnson
Third Place in Hospitality Services: Rileigh Govoni and Jordan Murphy
