Budget Request Public Forum at the Board of Education Meeting 6:30 pm at East Hampton High School T-Bell. Faculty, staff, student, parents, and members of the community are welcome to express support for budget items or programming to be included in the 2021-22 Budget. This year, it is not necessary for teachers, parents, or students to attend the meeting in personas written requests for budget items or programming may be submitted to the Board. | School Budget requests due to Principal including the following two forms: Budget Highlight: Proposal/Special Request Form Staff members are invited to express support for new budget items or programming in person or in writing at the November 9 Board of Education meeting. All requests made at that Board meeting require a Budget Highlight form to be submitted for consideration. This form can be filled out electronically and should be kept concise. Limit comments to one page. There is no need to include back up; however, detailed costs should be included. Club & Stipend Request | Principals’ School Budgets are due to the Superintendent of Schools Copies of all Forms 1 and 2, packaged in priority order along with line item funding requests are due at the Central Office. | Superintendent’s Proposed Budget for 2021-22 presented to the Board of Education 6:30 PM at East Hampton High School T-Bell (public invited) | Superintendent’s Proposed Budget for 2021-22 reviewed at Superintendent’s Advisory Council 9:00 AM at Town Hall, 1 Community Drive (public invited) | Superintendent’s Proposed Budget for 2021-22 reviewed with Faculty and Staff Members Optional faculty meetings at East Hampton High School T-Bell at 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM | Board of Education Business Meeting and Budget Workshop 6:30 PM at East Hampton High School (public invited) | Board of Education Business Meeting and Budget Workshop | Board of Education Business Meeting and Budget Approval 6:30 PM at East Hampton High School (public invited) Submitted to Town Hall by February 26 for March 1, 2021 deadline |
