A Message From the Principal

Welcome to Memorial Elementary School’s website. Did you ever wonder about our school’s name and its history? Well Memorial School was built in 1950 and it was named to remember people who gave their lives to support our country.  In 1955 an addition was added to the original school building and in 1992 the building was fully renovated. Memorial sits on 14 acres of land and 600 plus Pre-K through Grade 3 students attend the school.

When you enter Memorial you will notice beautiful tiles that surround the walls. You will also get a sense of the supportive learning environment that is instilled here. The entire staff works hard to support the social, emotional and academic needs of each individual child. Our learning community encourages students to SHINE brightly by being, safe, respectful, and responsible individuals.

We take pride in our school and work to ensure you and your child will have a great year at Memorial. As a school community we put children first. Please stop by and visit the school often so we can share the love of learning and strong values instilled here.
