Kudos to our cafeteria staff for continuously working to improve the quality of food served to EHHS students and staff.  Yesterday's lunch was the first offered in any Connecticut school featuring regionally local beef in a 60/40 hamburger/mushroom combination. The blended burger offers better nutritional content and far healthier ingredients than a standard school lunch hamburger.  The cafeteria continues to invest energy into more scratch cooking in all main and side dishes along with using much higher quality products in their preparations.
