The salmon are leaving sooner than you think! Friday, April 13, is our tentative release date. The current developmental index (DI) of the alevin is 72.77. Tank observers saw that almost all of the salmon were swimming! The process of increasing the tank temperature has begun. This way we can try to match the tank temp to the temp of the Salmon River at the release site. Everybody is excited for the salmon release!
