AP Government Students Meet Governor Malloy and Lieutenant Governor Wyman!

Today our AP Government students were able to attend the Middlesex Chamber Breakfast thanks to the generosity of Larry McHugh and the Middlesex Chamber.  The students met Governor Dannel Malloy and Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman after hearing Governor Malloy's keynote address.  Students heard of Connecticut's glass being half-full with the addition of 75,000 jobs in the state and negotiation of long-term deals with Pratt, Sikorsky, and Electric Boat that included modernization of facilities.  Also of note was Connecticut being cited as one of two states nationally certified for having no homeless veterans and being close to ending homelessness across the state.  Special thanks again to Larry McHugh and the Middlesex Camber for offering our students this unique opportunity.
